Now, Amla Superberry Powder has your dose of vitamins, fiber and iron mixed and is ideal if consumed post a workout. It can be a little sour to taste and we know you'd like a little honey to treat yourself post your run or gym routine.
Your Sunrise Shake is easy to make:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk (Dairy/Non-dairy)
1/4 cup berries
1/4 banana (preferably frozen)
1/8 oats
Dash or honey/jaggery
1 tbsp Good Lyfe Amla Superberry Powder
Add the ingredients in a high speed blender & blend until smooth.
Our second recipe is a healthy post-workout snack & simple but adding amla powder makes it 5000xxx healthier.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp grated
3-4 sprigs of curry leaves sauteed with black mustard
3-4 mint leaves
1 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Good Lyfe Amla Powder
Put all the ingredients in a blender & mix away!
These two recipes will be easy on your taste buds and super nice to your immune system.
Who knows, maybe you start looking forward to your workouts a little more because a snack awaits you after. Also, bonus point: Great for your hair and skin. So an added up to your workout glow.
If lunch doesn't involve daal-sabzi and maybe you have something like a sandwich or a snack planned (you obviously deserve one every once in a while)- you can use this powder to make your chutney more nutritious. Take your usual ingredients like coriander, green chillies, lime, pudina, and moringa powder and blend them. This is a great side dish for everyone who needs a little spice in their daily meals.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup coriander
1-2 green chillies
5-6 leaves mint (pudina)
2 tbsp Amla Superberry powder
2 tbsp Moringa Superleaf powder
1/4 raw mango grated
Add the ingredients in a food processor & blend until smooth.
Now, having a little bit of moringa in your kitchen next to your salt bowl is a good idea. You can even mix it with your coriander powder jar so your dressing is always healthy. Just add a tsp of this powder to your daal and watch your blood antioxidant levels increase. This is also a great mood stabilizer so maybe it'll help you curb the urge to take that post-lunch nap and finish work earlier instead.
