Organic farming method is based on using ecological ways, cycle resources and use biodiversity for nurturing a produce. These farming practices restrict the use of pesticides and fertilizers because the use of such substance may induce the growth of a particular produce, however it impacts the environment negatively. The deteriorating biodiversity, ground water, drinking water supplies is one of the reasons for the worldwide organic movement.
In order to be certified organic, there are stringent guidelines. Each of the countries- EU, US, Canada, Japan etc. have bodies that maintain the standard to what can be deemed organic. USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) certifies for US and APEDA (The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) is the India certifying body.
The certification ensures that at every step of the getting the product to the doorstep, the product doesn't have any contamination and that organic farming practices have been maintained.

However, in the unfortunate circumstance of you receiving the product in a damaged condition, we will provide a free replacement if the conditions are met. To be eligible for a replacement, your must have the damaged photos of the product send to us within 3 hours of receiving it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We also may want to take the package back.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In these COVID times, we are not taking the product back, hence no refunds. However, if the product gets damaged during the transit and we have all the proofs from your end about your experience (Refund Policy), we will replace the same product completely free of charge. Doing so saves you the hassle of preparing the packet and minimize social interaction.

Shipping is free when you buy two or more products from our website! For a single purchase transaction we add a nominal cost of INR 20 (incl all taxes)
