Ingredients
One cup sesame seeds (white, brown, black, or mixed)
1 cup grated organic jaggery (sticky variety)
Half cup peanuts or cashew nuts as preferred
Half cup dry coconut - desiccated or shredded

1 tsp Good Lyfe Project Karbi Anglong Ginger Powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp organic ghee
Directions
Place a pan on low flame and toast sesame seeds for 4-5 minutes to release the aroma. Keep them aside to cool.
In the same pan, dry roast skinless peanuts or cashew nuts for 2-3 minutes until they develop brown spots. Keep aside for cooling.
Turn off the flame and toast the coconut in the residual heat of the pan till golden brown. Allow it to cool.
Once the ingredients cool, pulse them coarsely in a food processor.
Add everything to a large mixing bowl. Add Good Lyfe Karbi Anglong ginger powder and cardamom powder.
Rub the mix with your palms for a while to release the natural oils of sesame seeds and nuts.
Add melted ghee as required and roll the mix to form laddoos.
Store them upto 10 days in an airtight container.
Ladoos are ready. Pop one or two whenever you need a boost of energy or need to satiate the sweet tooth.

Pro-Tip:
- Add a handful of assorted toasted seeds to up the nutrition level.
- You can also store the toasted and roasted ingredients as a trail mix and replace jaggery with dried figs, dates, or raisins as natural sweeteners.
