Ashwagandha Vegan Bircher Muesli

Though I'm not a great morning breakfast person. I would be usually having oatmeal, smoothies or shakes. Until I tried this preparation. All I can say is that I'm a convert. I'm a fan of Bircher Muesli now. Doesn't require elaborate preparation, but planning. This is very similar to making the usual Bircher Muesli, where we soak rolled oats (preferably jumbo ones) overnight and in morning, mix with various fruits and nut to our desire.

Ashwagandha Adaptogen Pink Moon Milk

This is an all-time favorite precursor to great sleep time, after a long day. Laden with fruity flavors, and ashwagandha and honey, it tastes as divine as it looks. It is also breezy to make. Because many a time, when we have had a long day, we tend to hit the wall. However, if you get addicted to this magic potion, there is no looking back. You will crave a serving before your sweet dreams.
