Moringa Beetroot Hummus

The red beetroot, has never been popular, considering that there are not many which as the same color. Initially, I was always hesitant to take the first bite assuming that it would be overpowering and may taste all together yucky. But this preparation along with the addition of Moringa, takes the humble hummus to altogether a different level. One more innovative way of having moringa in your diet. You can have it with breads, as a dip or just plain snack. So, if you want a side dish that has its health benefits (important) and is instagrammable (way more important), this beetroot moringa hummus is a cool recipe you should 100% try.

Moringa Ragi Roti

Going off from presenting to a quick recipe, this one requires a bit of preparation. But if you are a ragi (finger millet) fan, you know that no amount of effort can equate the good nutrients it brings to the table. Combined with the power of Moringa and flavored with the green chilies & ginger, this makes this preparation my favourite among the Indian preparation. This is not to discourage regular wheat lovers. Though the preparation does require wheat to be added (else the dough won't be stable and would break), if you do like the preparation, go ahead and use the regular wheat.

Ashwagandha Vegan Bircher Muesli

Though I'm not a great morning breakfast person. I would be usually having oatmeal, smoothies or shakes. Until I tried this preparation. All I can say is that I'm a convert. I'm a fan of Bircher Muesli now. Doesn't require elaborate preparation, but planning. This is very similar to making the usual Bircher Muesli, where we soak rolled oats (preferably jumbo ones) overnight and in morning, mix with various fruits and nut to our desire.
