Ingredients
1 banana (riped)
-
1 tablespoon Good Lyfe Moringa Superleaf Powder
1.5 cups of vegan milk (flavored or plain, as you like)
a quarter cup of yogurt (dairy or dairy-free, of your choice)
1 tablespoon of whey protein (optional)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
-
1 tablespoon of ashwagandha powder
Directions
Peel off the banana, cut it into big pieces, and add in the blender.
Pour milk and yogurt inside. Add the Good Lyfe Organic Ashwagandha powder, Good Lyfe Organic Moringa powder, cinnamon powder, and protein powder.
Blend well until you get a smooth texture.
Serve it in a glass. Garnish with your favorite toppings.
Recipe Note
If you don't have whey protein, you can use oats powder. You may alter the milk quantity depending on the consistency you prefer.
Instead of Good Lyfe Moringa powder, you can replace it with Spinach. If you choose to do so, wash the spinach thoroughly twice or thrice with clean water. Pick out the leaves (you can use their thin stems too if you like) and put them in the blender. Baby spinach are preferable to the regular ones.
