Ingredients
2 cups of penne pasta or any other pasta of your choice
½ cup fresh parsley, coriander or spinach

1 tbspGood Lyfe Project Organic Moringa Superleaf Powder
2 peeled garlic cloves
2 tbsp salted or spicy cashews
1 tbsp groundnuts
1¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
Salt as per taste
½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Lemon zest
For Pesto Sauce
Directions
Boil the pasta with a pinch of salt and a half teaspoon of oil till al dente.
Drain the pasta water and run it under cold water to ensure the pasta does not stick.
To make the Moringa pesto sauce, blend all the ingredients, except the salt, pepper and olive oil.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame and pour the paste. Add a little water and stir.
Toss the pasta after 2 minutes and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Let the pasta cook in the sauce for 5 more minutes.
Take out the cooked pasta in a serving bowl and grate some cheese on top.

- You can use groundnut oil instead of olive oil to give it the extra nutty flavour.
- You can also use basil leaves as garnishing to add an earthy punch to the flavours.
