Ingredients

1 tsp Good Lyfe Lakadong Turmeric Superoot Powder

1 tsp Good Lyfe Tulsi Superleaf Powder
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1-inch cinnamon stick
A dash of black pepper
2 cups of water
Honey to taste (optional)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and place it over medium heat.
Stir often and let the mix come to a boil.
Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Switch off the heat. Cover the saucepan with a lid and allow the brew to sit for a couple of minutes.
Strain and drink it warm.
If you prefer a sweet touch, add a dash of honey.

Also add a dash of lemon to spice it up. Enjoy this refreshing in mornings to get the extra boost.
Can you add milk?
Yes, you can. There is diverse research on this. Some of it says adding milk may reduce some of the antioxidant properties. Most people prefer it without milk.
