Ingredients
200 ml Dairy free milk (you can also use regular dairy option)

1 tsp Good Lyfe Project Shatavari Superoot Powder
7-8 Almonds and Cashews
1 tsp – Khadi shakkar or Misri or Candy sugar
A pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom
Strawberries or raisins for garnishing
Directions
Coarsely blend almonds, cashews, and other flavouring ingredients with candy sugar
Steam the milk in a saucepan
Add the powdered dry fruit mix and boil for another 4-5 minutes
Turn off the heat and add Shatavari powder
Let it cool completely and give it a quick whisk to create froth or foam
Transfer to a tall glass filled with ice-cubes
Garnish with dry fruit/strawberry slivers
