The Best Ever Ashwagandha Chocolate Almond Smoothie
This Ashwagandha recipe is tempting and protein-rich smoothie, perfect as your post-workout drink, that doesn't take more than 2 minutes to prepare. Another magic ingredient is Almond butter, which gives it a smooth consistency. This recipe serves one glass.
Go let's get started with the preparation...
2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
1.5 cups of Oats/Coconut milk (you can also use regular milk)
1/4 cup of yogurt (preferably vegan)
2 tablespoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon of Good Lyfe Organic Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
1/2 Cinnamon Powder
Peel off the bananas, cut into pieces, and put in the blender.
Add milk and yogurt in the blender
Add cocoa powder, almond butter, Cinnamon Powder and Good Lyfe Organic Ashwagandha Superoot powder
Blend well until it reaches desired consistency
Pour into a glass and garnish with slices of almond
You can also try a version with Peanut butter. which also blends well with the other ingredients.
