Crisp & Golden Turmeric Cashew
Another healthy way to enjoy the goodness of turmeric can be to whip these savoury Golden turmeric cashews. A nutritious snack, this recipe is not only simple but ropes in ingredients that are kitchen staples. Make yourself a bowl of these crunchy cashews and indulge in the perfect dose of health and taste.
2 cups cashews (soaked in cold water for 1-2 hours)
1 tsp Good Lyfe Lakadong Turmeric Superoot Powder
¾ tsp black salt
1 tsp chaat masala
A dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
Soak Cashews in cold water for 1-2 hours
Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Toss well to ensure the spices coat the cashews totally.
Spread the cashews on a baking tray.
Bake at 300*F for about 20 minutes or until crunchy.
Pro TipIf there’s no time to soak the cashews for 1 or 2 hours, soaking them for about 10 minutes in hot water will also work. Store the cashews in an airtight glass jar for them to last up to a few months.
