What's more enriching than using one superfood in your recipes? Haven't we got bored of using the same ingredients every time?
This recipe is special. Using multiple superfoods-with multiple nutrients, of course. They obviously enhance each other's benefits and don't negate them. One good way to go about with the mixing and matching is blending healthy ingredients together- in a smoothie form!
Here's one with berries, Moringa, Ashwagandha, flaxseed, and tahini - The absolutely plant-based supreme dose of goodness.

Ashwagandha Moringa Smoothie - An unbeatable combination
This smoothie is incredible. I have been having this after a workout, for breakfast (guess I'm becoming more of a morning smoothie person) and even on weekend, just to chill. This a super infusion of nutrients and let's take them one by one.
Ashwagandha: An adaptogen, and help the body to fight stress, build immunity. It is called the King of Herbs. It has hormone balancing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Check out more benefits here.
Moringa: It has all the 18 amino acids, including all 9 essential amino acids. Moringa has 25 times the iron content in spinach and therefore helps to fight tiredness & fatigue.
Flaxseeds: Has omega 3 and the essential fats. The nutrients values cannot be understated. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste and adds the zing to the composition
We are adding blueberries and raspberries not just for taste but for a whole lot of other reasons. First, when we add berries, the composition becomes instagrammable ( we are a big fan of Instagram; follow us on @goodlyfeproject). Second, add to that the vitamin C & beneficial properties of phytonutrients.
The combination in the smoothie makes it very delicious. Here is how you make it...
1/2 cup (125 ML) Coconut Milk (or any other plant-based milk). You can also use regular milk.
1 large banana preferably forzen
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp Good Lyfe Moringa Superleaf Powder
1 tsp Good Lyfe Project Ashwagandha Superoot Powder
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1 tsp Tahini
Put all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the desired consistency is not achieved
Garnish with fresh berries on top & serve right away!
