So here we go with the simplicity of the recipe at the core & blessed with Ashwagandha...
Ashwagandha Hot Chocolate
Exams, work, family & boss. Are they getting on to you? Whatever may be your reason, you cannot resist this fantastic cup of goodness.
This piping hot drink is oozing with aroma and goodness of ingredients, so why go anywhere else. Cozy up in your favourite reading chair, grab a cup and go ahead and take each sip with HAPPINESS.
Here's how you make it.
1 glass full Almond Milk (you can use a regular dairy option as well)
10 gms Drinking Chocolate
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg
1 tsp Good Lyfe Project Ashwagandha Powder
1 tsp Hazelnut Butter (Optional)
Maple Syrup/Honey (Optional)
Heat milk in a pan.
Add all the dry ingredients, stirring until they're all combined nicely on a medium/low heat & bring to a simmer.
Add your sweetener option (if you want to make it sweeter) and stir until dissolved. At this step, you can add the Hazelnut butter.
Your drink is ready. Pour it into your favorite cup and enjoy!
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen. This means that it can help your body adapt to a variety of stressors. It is also called "the Indian Ginseng". Like Chinese Ginseng, it will fill you up with energy. One of its effect is to have a calming effect on the body, and at the same time, it also enhances brain function and memory.
