Ingredients
3/4 cup organic palm shortening or 225g butter
1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
1 cup cocoa powder
4 eggs
2/3 cup cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Take a mixing bowl and add organic palm shortening, coconut oil, vanilla extract, coconut palm sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and water.

Then add almond flour, ashwagandha powder, and cocoa powder. Mix all the things with the help of a spatula using the folding technique
Pour the batter into the baking tin. Tap the tin a few times to smoothen the batter and remove any trapped air bubbles
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool down in the tin
Loosen the sides with a butter knife. Place a plate on top of the baking tin and turn it upside down. Remove the parchment paper
Sprinkle chopped walnuts
Slice and serve!
