Turmeric has long been a part of the Indian diet and is rich in curcumin, packed with mighty superpowers. Add to the king of herbs, Ashwagandha, which makes the good night drink actually sweet. Recipe Note
Here are the other benefits of the ingredients that you have used in the recipe
Honey: A natural sweetener which is known to ease a sore throat + it also contains antibacterial properties. Though it is debate whether Honey is vega or not, we like honey for its beneficial properties.
Cinnamon: Native of Kerala, this spice has been known to help regulate blood sugar levels + it contains plenty of antioxidants. There’s also something incredibly special about cinnamon when it simmers; it has a magical aroma.
Coconut milk + almond milk: We like to use a mixture of almond milk and coconut milk in our lattes to keep them creamy, sweet, and full of natural delicious flavor.
Pure Vanilla Extract: In your vanilla almond/coconut milk and add an extra splash of vanilla extract in your latte if you love vanilla as much as we do!
