½ tsp Good Lyfe Project Lakadong Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Good Lyfe Project Organic Tulsi Powder

½ tsp Good Lyfe Project Karbi Anglong Ginger Powder
½ cup mix vegetables of your choice - washed and blanched (carrot, beans, peas, corn, etc.)
1 tsp arrowroot flour or cornflour to thicken the soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Bring to boil 2 cups of water or vegetable broth
Add turmeric powder, tulsi powder, and ginger powder
Filter the soup base and continue to boil
Add the blanched vegetables
Add arrowroot powder diluted in water to thicken the soup
Season with salt and pepper & serve hot
