#1 MORINGA FOR  HAIR HEALTH

Moringa is a magical solution for all your hair care needs. The anti-bacterial and anti-fungal compounds in moringa help prevent dandruff and relieve scalp itchiness. The antioxidants and vitamin C delays premature greying of hair, while the amino acids, zinc, vitamin A, and omega-3 combats hair loss, enhances hair growth, restores hair strength, and improves overall hair health. Adjust the ingredient quantities as per your hair length.

Anti Dandruff Solution - Moringa Curry Leaves Hair Pack

2 tbsp moringa powder

2 tbsp dried curry leaves powder
1 tbsp methi powder
2-3 tbsp curds

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a thick paste. Rub into your scalp and apply to the hair. Let it get absorbed for 30 minutes and rinse as usual.

 Regular Hair Care - Moringa Hair Oil

 1-2 tsp moringa powder 

Prefered oil - coconut, jojoba, amla, almond, olive 

Mix moringa powder with your preferred hair oil and massage it into your scalp. Leave for 2-3 hours and wash as usual.

½ cup oats

2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
Water - as required

Blend all the ingredients in a processor to form a spreadable consistency paste. Be careful with the quantity of turmeric powder to avoid staining. Scrub all over face and neck or indulge in a full-body exfoliation. Rinse with warm water. 

 Nourishing Glow - Moringa Avocado Face Mask

1 tsp moringa powder

1 mashed avocado
2 tbsp organic honey
Water - as required

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a thick paste. Apply liberally over the face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Rinse after 20 minutes to discover the skin that glows with health.

 Pedi Care - Moringa Foot Scrub

1 tbsp moringa powder

1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
1 tbsp epsom salt
Few drops - essential oil (optional)
Water - as required

Mix all the ingredients to form a spreadable consistency paste. Rub and massage the scrub all over the feet in circular motions. Allow it to dry for a while and gently exfoliate it off. Rinse with warm water and moisturise to reveal soft and nourished skin.
